The emergence of new technologies for the production structural elements gives impetus to development their design, in particular with involvement a topology optimization method. most common algorithm designing topologically optimal structures is focused on reducing elastic flexibility at given volume material. However, closer engineering design approach minimization element while limiting resulting mechanical stresses. In contrast classical algorithms this approach, which limit values stresses certain points, paper develops an alternative criterion: formation image based minimizing integral parameter stress distribution non-uniformity. developed method proportional optimization, and when are calculated, relations finite used. above can be interpreted as ratio deviation values, ordered ascending order, equivalent von Mises calculation model from linear approximation corresponding mean value. search result carried out full range possible averaged "density" area, associated decrease amount input data. proposed integrated strength criterion provides better uniformity optimized topology, allows us smooth effect local peak stresses, determining single that resistant errors. implemented MatLab software environment two-dimensional models. efficiency tested beam (mbb-beam), cantilever beam, L-shaped beam.
